Upper 1.8mm waterproof nubuck leather is joined with an abrasion resistant polyamide mesh for a tough exterior that also breathes well in warm conditions. Simple speed lacing is lightweight and secure and a wicking mesh liner keeps feet dry and happy. Vasques proprietary UltraDry membrane gives peace of mind when weather conditions turn messy.
Sole The Vibram Nuasi sole uses XSTrek rubber compound and angular, multi-directional lugs for excellent trail traction. A rubber sidewall wrap in the toe increases stability and protection on rocky trails. A lightweight, athletic EVA midsole offers a nimble feel on the trail and excellent underfoot comfort for anything from day hikes to weekend excursions.
